GLOBE Project: CCI for Fiji, Tonga and Samoa
Dr Rafia Naz has been included as the Country Co-Investigator (CCI) for the GLOBE project for Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behaviour Effectiveness) is one of the most highly recognized international research projects in the management field. GLOBE is an organization dedicated to the study of culture, and that of leadership, organizational effectiveness, trust, human resource practices, and careers in different cultures. GLOBE has won several international awards and is one of the most influential and longest running cross-cultural research projects.
