GPT-powered Moodle Learner Support at the National University of Samoa

Commonwealth of Learning launched the initiative with the National University of Samoa (NUS) to provide enhanced online learner support using GPT-powered technology. In July, COL had a webinar with staff and faculty members at the NUS to brief the features of the system and how to use it. The webinar was followed by the three-week pilot phase in which participants had the opportunity to explore the system and provide their feedback for enhancement. By the end of the phase, COL and NUS will explore the possibility of deployment to live Moodle courses and support larger users, including students and teachers.
