NUS Musical Concert: A Symphony of Sounds to Soothe the Soul!

Apia, Samoa – 24th April, 2023.

The National University of Samoa – Faculty of Education Expressive Arts Programme in collaboration with the International Association of Youth and Students for Peace presented the One Solitary Life Concert on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023.

The event featured guest artists Evangeline Taylor-Pati, Izola Gracia-Mezzo Soprano, and Taufaitaielua Atefi, as well as the Foafoa String Ensemble, HMU001 & HMU100 Students Choir, and HPA003 Drama Class.

The concert, directed by Rosaiviti Solomona and Cherimoniva Wright, was held at Niule’a, Centre of Samoan Studies.

The One Solitary Life Concert was a stunning showcase of the incredible talents of the performers and a celebration of music and arts. Attendees were treated to an unforgettable experience as the artists delivered breathtaking performances that left the audience spellbound.

The International Association of Youth and Students for Peace aims to promote a culture of peace and understanding amongst the students and the young people worldwide through music and art.

The National University of Samoa Faculty of Education and the International Association of Youth and Students for Peace are proud to have presented such an amazing event and we look forward to bringing more amazing performances to audiences in the future.
