Welcome to NUS Planning Safety and Maintenance Division
The PSM Division was established in June 2022, following the NUS restructure in October 2021 dissolving the previous Governance, Policy and Planning Division and resulting in the merge of the following three sections: Planning Unit, Occupation Health and Safety, and Property Maintenance.

The purpose of the PSM Division is to provide adequate and quality infrastructure and services that support the University programs and enhance campus life.
We aim to assist the University in its endeavor to achieve excellence by providing a responsive and enhanced physical environment that is conducive for the improvement of teaching, learning and research.
